メカニズム
皮脂分泌の抑制: イソトレチノインは皮脂腺の活動を抑制し、皮脂の過剰分泌を減少させます。皮脂が減少することで、毛穴の詰まりが減り、ニキビの発生が抑えられます。
角質化の正常化: イソトレチノインは毛穴内での角質化を正常化します。これにより、毛穴の詰まりが改善され、コメド（白ニキビや黒ニキビ）の形成を防ぎます。
