今回は、メディカルダイエット薬、マンジャロ、リベルサス、サノレックスの比較について解説します。
メディカルダイエットに使用される薬剤にはさまざまな種類があり、それぞれ異なるメカニズムや効果を持っています。マンジャロ（Mounjaro）、リベルサス（Rybelsus）、サノレックス（Mazindol）は、いずれも体重減少を目的とした治療に用いられますが、作用機序や使用方法、副作用が異なります。以下に、これら3つの薬剤を比較し、その特徴やメカニズム、効果について説明します。
1. マンジャロ（Mounjaro）
マンジャロは、主成分としてチルゼパチド（Tirzepatide）を含む注射薬で、強力な体重減少効果も報告されており、メディカルダイエットにも利用されています。
①メカニズム
デュアルアゴニスト: マンジャロは、GLP-1（グルカゴン様ペプチド-1）とGIP（胃抑制ペプチド）の2つのホルモン受容体を活性化します。これにより、インスリン分泌の促進と食欲抑制、さらにはエネルギー代謝の向上が得られます。
食欲抑制: 脳の視床下部にある食欲を調節する部分に働きかけ、空腹感を抑えます。また、満腹感を持続させる作用があります。

2. リベルサス（Rybelsus）
リベルサスは、セマグルチド（Semaglutide）を主成分とする経口薬で、GLP-1受容体作動薬の一種です。体重減少効果も報告されています。

GLP-1受容体作動薬: リベルサスは、GLP-1受容体を刺激してインスリンの分泌を促進し、血糖値をコントロールします。また、食欲を抑える作用もあり、体重減少効果が期待されます。

3. サノレックス（Mazindol）
サノレックスは、マジンドール（Mazindol）を主成分とする食欲抑制剤で、肥満治療に使用されます。食欲抑制剤としては比較的古いタイプの薬剤ですが、効果は確立されています。
①メカニズム
食欲抑制剤: サノレックスは、脳内の視床下部に作用して、食欲を抑制する効果を持ちます。神経伝達物質であるノルアドレナリンやドーパミンの再取り込みを阻害し、空腹感を感じにくくします。
中枢神経刺激作用: 中枢神経に作用することで代謝を高め、カロリー消費を促進する効果もあります。
