ニキビ・ニキビ跡治療に対し、アクネトレント（イソトレチノイン）は効果を発揮するか？
✅ アクネトレント（イソトレチノイン）は、重症のニキビ治療に対して最も強力な内服薬の一つで、高い効果を発揮する。
✅ 皮脂分泌の抑制、毛穴詰まりの防止、抗炎症作用があり、難治性ニキビにも有効。
✅ ニキビの再発防止にも有効で、治療完了後も長期間にわたり効果が持続することが多い。
✅ しかし、ニキビ跡（クレーター状の瘢痕）には直接的な改善効果はなく、別の治療（ダーマペン、フラクショナルレーザー、ピーリングなど）との併用が必要。
1. アクネトレント（イソトレチノイン）とは？
アクネトレント（Acnotrent）は、イソトレチノイン（Isotretinoin）を主成分とするビタミンA誘導体の内服薬で、皮脂腺に対して強力な作用を持ちます。

アクネトレントは、以下の4つの作用によってニキビを改善します。

皮脂が減少することで、アクネ菌（C. acnes）の増殖を抑え、炎症を予防。

② 毛穴の詰まりを防ぐ（角質代謝の正常化）

3. アクネトレントの効果を実感するまでの期間
✅ 約1か月で皮脂分泌の低下を実感し、ニキビの炎症が治まり始める。

✅ 4〜6か月でニキビがほぼ消失し、肌がなめらかになる。

4. アクネトレントはニキビ跡（クレーター）にも効果があるか？

Today, I will explain whether Acnotrent (Isotretinoin) is effective for acne and acne scars.
1. Is Acnotrent (Isotretinoin) Effective for Acne and Acne Scars?
✅ Acnotrent (Isotretinoin) is one of the most powerful oral medications for severe acne and is highly effective.
✅ It reduces sebum production, prevents clogged pores, and has anti-inflammatory effects, making it effective for even the most stubborn acne.
✅ It also helps prevent acne recurrence, and many patients experience long-lasting results even after completing treatment.
✅ However, it does not directly improve acne scars (atrophic scars, deep craters). Additional treatments such as microneedling, fractional laser, or chemical peels are required for scar improvement.
2. What is Acnotrent (Isotretinoin)?
Acnotrent (Acnotrent) contains Isotretinoin, a vitamin A derivative that has strong effects on the sebaceous glands.
📌 Also known as “Accutane” internationally and considered the gold standard for severe acne treatment.
📌 Commonly used for severe or treatment-resistant acne that does not respond to conventional topical or oral treatments.
📌 Effectively reduces all types of acne, including inflammatory acne, comedonal acne (whiteheads/blackheads), and cystic acne.
3. How Does Acnotrent Work?

4. How Long Does It Take to See Results?
