成分: マジンドール（Mazindol）
分類: 食欲抑制剤（中枢性食欲抑制薬）
適応: 肥満症（BMI35以上の高度肥満に適応）
② 作用機序
サノレックスは、視床下部の食欲中枢を刺激して、食欲を抑制する 作用を持つ。
交感神経を活性化し、エネルギー消費を増加させる ことで、基礎代謝の向上に寄与。
ドーパミン、ノルアドレナリン、セロトニンの再取り込みを阻害 し、満腹感を持続させる。
